Due to unexpected changes of employment and residence, several committee members have had to resign mid-term. Sal Mayorquin (president), Jennifer Schmidgall (vice president), and Sara Stoll (secretary) have resigned. Karen Dennis (treasurer) will stay on the board until elections are held. In the interim, you may have noticed a sign looking for volunteers was posted at the dog park. Members, Kevin Bunch and Wenchi Liu have volunteered to help with the committee. For now, Keven will serve as president and Wenchi will serve as vice president. Elections will be held as scheduled at the end of August. All positions will be open and all members are encouraged to participate. Thanks to the out-going committee members for all of their hard work and thanks to Kevin and Wenchi for stepping up to help out!!!!!!!!

Large dog park sitting area
The Baldy View Dog Park was established in April 1999.
It is a 1.3-acre fenced in park.
Baldy View Dog Park also has a smaller fenced in area to accommodate small, elderly, and timid dogs.
The park is maintained and supported by a joint partnership between THE CITY OF UPLAND & THE BALDY VIEW DOG PARK COMMITTEE.
The committee is a group of volunteers who donate their time and energy to help clean the park, provide park maintenance resources, run events and also support other like minded organizations including local animal shelters.
